		<description>This is an interesting post Naveen; we do have something similar here in the UK (TPS - Telephone Preference Service); however it seems to be unregulated as people/businesses that are registered on it still get calls.

Not sure what can be done?</description>

Howver, When I contacted BSNL on 1909 for this facility, they told that it was not available with them. Kindly enlighten.</description>
